Year on year we are treating record numbers of patients but are still improving patient experiences and meeting all national standards. Our waiting times are shorter than ever before, despite high demand for our services.

We have introduced a policy of dignity and respect to ensure that all patients are treated according to their needs and beliefs. Every patient matters to us, therefore we have new standards for all staff which include improved face-to-face contact, taking personal responsibility for patient welfare and spending time listening to what patients want.
